Hampton Inn Big Bear Lake
10/10 Excellent
"The front desk staff could improve by being more welcoming and friendly, starting with a smile when greeting guests. It would also be better if parking were complimentary."
"Just back from our second visit to the Hotel Marina Riviera, which has been completely renovated. It is absolutely pristine, the staff is sweet and actually make you feel like you live there. The rooms are spacious with great views of the lake. The deck is fantastic - we could sit out all day and evening enjoying the fresh air and scenery. Just delightful. "
"The property is well maintained and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was fast and friendly and professional, The location is very nice because it's off the beaten path, not much traffic around. Beach access was nice and area was clean also. Grocery stores and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. We also rented a boat while we were there from the Big Bear Marina which was about 5 minutes away, very convenient."
"This was a very unique property in the sense that it was large and can accommodate a large group. The decor was adorable, and a lot of attention to detail was apparent in how each room was decorated. I came away with some great ideas to redecorate my own home. This is also a great location if you were ever going do a little friends/family reunion because there are multiple houses to rent on a property. The landscaping was also very welcoming and beautiful.
