Great place, very simple accommodations for restful stay. Comfy bed, pretty quiet, parking - like most of Seattle requires luck and timing. Overall a great deal ☺️

great location, its sort of suite styled, where you have a bedroom, private bathroom and can use the communal kitchen and access the roof. nice home overall.

Lied about the property being an “entire place”, it is a HOSTEL

L'emplacement était très propre. Les instructions d'entrée étaient très claires. La communication avec Vince était excellente. Salle à manger et cuisine complète. Très satisfait et je recommande sans hésiter.

The place is located in a quiet and safe area, close to the subway and supermarket. It was very clean and the host was really kind. The downside is that noise can be heard between rooms.

The listing on Expedia definitely made it look a lot more private than it was. You share a floor with four different rooms of which you have to go out to the common area to reach your own bathroom which the listing did not make clear at all. And the kitchen is shared between the entire building.

The neighborhood is safe and quiet. However, parking is challenging and you really can't get here without a car. The room is small and the bathroom is not connected tot he room so you have to be decent to be able to go to the bathroom. I would have preferred to stay in a place where the bathroom is connected to the room and the room is bigger. But if those things don't bother you, then you will be fine.

THIS NOT AN ENTIRE APT/Unit. - only a room on a floor with 1-2 other rooms. Bathroom is separate and you need a code to get into your room and restroom. Stayed Fri-Sun. Place was, Okay, but not much privacy, walls are thin, and while quiet hours aren’t strictly enforced, which was fine with us, it’s just not very comfortable or worth it. Very much a dorm-Room feel. Oh and tenant was nice to let us “late check out”. Check out is 10am. Oh and No sitting area or small table to sit/eat in the room.
