I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Resort and Spa Fiji and the resort was luxurious, with stunning surroundings, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The food and cocktails were also top-notch.
However, I did encounter some unexpected charges on my room account after settling the bill. I reached out for clarification on these charges, as well as for information on our initial bond payment, which was not deducted. I hope to receive a prompt response, as the lack of communication after checkout has been quite frustrating.
Overall, it was a lovely stay, but improved follow-up service would make the experience even better.
