Great location, comfortable and helpful staff!
The hotel is clean, comfortable and perfectly located. It is a 15 minute walk from the bus station, right at the entrance of Zicatella and a 2 minute walk from the beach. The showers can use a bit of a facelift but otherwise our stay was perfect, so much so we immediately booked an additional night.

Remembering the price you’re paying for a room- the hotel hits all good marks. The staff, particularly young female at front desk, very friendly. The rooftop pool is warm and has great views of ocean - very cool to have this- has a bar with small snack menu. The location of hotel has positive- short walk to beach, and short walks to restaurants on the beach. And negative- area needs some cleanup done. Hotel rooms are very basic($-remember price). No TV, no phones,no AC. Shower was definitely hot but shower head was poor. Room 24- be aware- you can see into the shower from hallway- wasn’t happy about that( and room 25)- that needs attention asap !! Could use more detail cleaning of common areas and fixing items in rooms like drawers and closet doors. All in all - happy with hotel and proximity to beach- which is main reason for choosing. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again- bargain for money

Terrible Property- Avoid!
This is a very basic hotel, more like an American motel. Good: staff are friendly. Very close to beach. Bad: very old room, bathroom is horrid, very old with very little water pressure. No hair dryer. No AC and room is often hot at night. Water at beach is not that clean, there is a run-off that’s dirty about 300m away. Ugly: twice had no water in morning and had to wait. Towels taken when room cleaned in morning and no towels until about 7 pm (happened twice). Wi-Fi is very intermittent, crap to use and not reliable. I would never stay her again. If you do, don’t pay more than u$60/night. Really look elsewhere.

Väldigt mysigt hotell i äldre traditionell stil. Poolområdet på takterassen är underbar, så avkopplande att hänga där. Rummen är enkla och badrummen slitna, men för priset var vi mer än nöjda. Läget är toppen.

Buena experiencia en general
El personal fue muy amable. Las camas están duras y no hubo agua caliente nuestro primer día, pero lo resolvieron para el siguiente. Tienen agua potable ilimitada, entonces era muy cómodo llenar botellas sin tener que desperdiciar plástico. Hay pocos lugares de estacionamiento por lo que en temporada alta se batalla un poco. La piscina no está techada, pero alrededor sí, por lo que sí es cómodo estar ahí. Tienen dos gatos muy amigables que vamos a extrañar. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y la zona es tranquila. Entonces, hay varias opciones para comer en los alrededores sin tener que usar auto.
