The hotel staff and valet were all amazing. The room was a corner spa king. Loved the view at night l, skipped breakfast as I wanted to eat along the Riverwalk so not sure how it was even tho you get a $25 amenities credit.

真實評價

8/10 很好

Room was clean. Staff was excellent everywhere we interacted. Water pressure and temperature control was top notch. Left extra towels on the second day which speaks to me in a good way. Took some of our party time to adjust to the L train sound but that is to be expected. A little sound is an easy price to pay for being so close to the river and broadway. Road construction in front of the hotel threw multiple ubers for a loop, suggest walking a block and ordering one from there unless the construction is gone when you get there.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Started of at check in and the information provided for local sites. Every morning and evening we would be greeted with a smile. We had to call for a toothbrush and got a quick response. The housekeeping staff was kind and helpful. The food was good. The rooftop bar is beautiful with good cocktails and view. Would definitely stay here again.
