Staying here was a mistake marred by rude staff knocking on my door like a madman for what reason, i have no idea. I was sleeping and thought there was some emergency only to be asked a rude question by a supposed staff member “do you have any problem”
What kind of hotel staff knocks loudly on doors and asks a direct question like that without an apology? Very rude Indian guy who should be reprimanded and retrained in customer service.
I will surely inform all my associates to avoid this hotel like the plague when visiting Tokyo.
The open air hallway makes for an unrestful sleep, and the doors do not close softly.
