Rooms really need a refurb, the showers leak the entire room, the lighting and air con is very poor and the rooms feel super tired and damp. Don’t stay here for longer than a few nights as a week even in the xpa suite was too much. Party access is fab but I would perhaps just book a room at another hotel locally or the tower as it’s much nicer!

We had some problems with lack of hot water. As it was early October it was needed. Also, pool is not heated and rooms only have aircon for cold, not for heating. Second day we got a new room so OK, but such errors and slow fix for those room prices are mot OK

Overall was very nice. Staff and breakfast were excellent. We realize that Ushuaia is a party place, but the cleanup after party was very noisy. Early morning cleaning of the building was also frustrating when trying to sleep in.
