The room is clean, large and good. Very close to SMN and breakfast is good too. However, be aware that there is a cleaning fee 20 euro per night per room you have to pay EXTRA from your booking amount.

屬於家庭式飯店，電梯小(2-3人)，但是可以接受。住起來很舒適，很有家的感覺，女服務生很幽默，親自幫你泡咖啡哦！唯一可惜的是，第二天洗澡時水量會由大變小，應該是PUMP的問題，屬於偶發事件。

Nice place

The reception lady is very crazy, but she is very nice. I can feel that she love Firenze a lot. We stay here one night. We love here, near train statiom, easy to find and go everywhere. The room is lovely. Hotel provides ice water, we need it very much under the hot weather. They provide breakfast, but we leave early, we cannot comment for it. They provide us to leave the luggages for one night. Thanks so much.

人情味濃厚的好飯店

這是個位置想當棒的飯店 樓下就是超市 旁邊就是車站 佛羅倫薩的中央市場在五分鐘步行即可抵達 更棒的是提供了代客停車的服務（要收費但比停停車場便宜多了） 給租車前往托司卡尼其他區域的客人帶來很大的方便 強烈推薦 不過晚上會有蚊子 窗戶記得要關

A Perfect Choice

It's our pleasure to have chosen Hotel Berna as our 2-night accommodation in Florence. The location is undoubtedly good, at a within 3-min walking distance to the station just one road across. It is also very convenient to walk to those major sightseeing attractions, including the Florence Cathedral. The hotel room is quite big and clean with all basic facilities. The decorations are beautiful which make the room fill with artistic atmosphere. It is the most special hotel room we have ever stayed in so far. We felt so happy and excited once we entered the room. There is a small room just opposite to the reception for having our free breakfast. The breakfast is great with so many kinds of attractive choices. Last but not least, the most impressive point we want to share here is the hotel lady who is so lovely and caring. She is the ever nicest guy we met during our half-month honeymoon trip to Europe. She made us feel so close and warm esp. when we just arrived Florence after our visit to Rome where most people there were quite cool and helpless. Overall, Hotel Berna is even worth over the price for it. We will for sure choose it as our accommodation again in our next visit to Florence in the future. And of course we will also recommend it to others who plan to visit Florence.

It was very close to the train station. The reception desk is only open from 9am to 7pm. The elevator is very old and can hold one person at a time if carrying luggage

Not the prettiest location, but so convenient to train, and easy walking to all major attractions. The very best part was our service . Nadia, specifically, went way above and beyond to be so helpful, as well as friendly and courteous every day. For this reason, I would recommend hotel Berna to friends!!!

The room was nice and clean but really small. Nice view. This is not a hotel it is more like an expensive bed and breakfast, and the breakfast is continental style. The location is great. The checkout is at 10:30 am!!!!!!!!!! Not even noon. Good for one night stay but not worth the almost 400 dollars a I paid for the night. We were 4, two adults and two kids and could barely fit in the room.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Berna. We chose the location based on proximity to the train and our guided tours while in Florence. Both were extremely close by which was helpful. The hotel was a tad difficult to find (small plaque on the building) and the elevator was tiny and not much use. The room for four was very small and the area is loud at all times of day and night. We used a white noise machine to try and cancel out while sleeping. Staff were extremely kind and helpful.
