The front desk was extremely kind, they let us keep our bags there after check out since we had a late flight during the day, if you are a young couple this hotel is perfect. We loved how we can walk outside and there were so many bars and clubs and food options. We stayed out really late until 3 am most night so the noise did not really bother us. Clean room and very spacious location is perfect.

Location is good for youths and backpackers as it’s convenient with everything closed but not for family and elderly people as less of staff helping customers to carry luggage to the room. Receptionist is nice and helpful. The lift is not on the ground floor so you have to carry your heavy luggage upstairs to the lift!

Friendly staff and quite large room, but not very happy with the stay. So close to the walking street that we heard the music and loud noise the whole night, and the windows in the room could not be properly closed. Additionally there were small ants on the floor and in the corners of the room. Ok place to stay if you’re on a budget and will be in a central place with touristy party options.

The staff cannot speak English. The room had a long thin window to the hallway which was brightly lit all night. The bath did not empty because the plug could not be removed; also the shower flooded the bathroom, leaking from under the bath! Very noisy guests & staff, shouting & banging at all hours. The toilet didn’t flush, the shower leaked everywhere and we had no toilet paper or towels. We had to go to rooms on other levels that were free just to shower. Lucy, the receptionist, was hostile and not accomodating. We understand it’s the boss’ choice, but she was rude, passive aggressive and We walked out annoyed with ZERO compensation. We would not recommended this place.
