First let me tell you what all were excellent About this property. 1- Check in check out. Super easy. 2- Location. Very close to the sanctuary and shops to buy souvenirs and food. 3- The view was excellent as we could see the sanctuary. 4- Extremely clean. That’s it. The price wasn’t super low, especially considering that there were 0 amenities. Only towels and soap. That’s it!! I’m not sure if this is how all hotels here are? I’ve never been to a hotel where there was no basic toiletries like shampoo, body lotion and a tissue box! There was none. No hair dryer or even a plug point in the bathroom to plug in a hair straightener. There was no water, no kettle, not even a paper cup, nothing. There was 1 side table for a room for 3. All of 2 hangers in the room. All we did was come to the room to sleep. The door to the stairs would close with a loud bang every time someone used it! The hinges should be adjusted to soft close. Not sure if no one has told them? If that’s all you’re looking for, and you have nothing else available, go for it.

We were at the front entrance in the rain and cold trying to use the code given to enter. Nothing worked. Several phone calls got us in. Once inside there was confusion on how to get our key to the room. Finally a code was given over the phone to open a box containing our key, but no card to activate power ,lights etc. After more calls etc. We got the card. The room itself contained 2 tiny single beds so close together in a small confined space, it was difficult to get up for the washroom use. That washroom itself only provided one hand towel…,tiniest of shower stall but since there was no one to ask about these things, we didn’t want to waist more time trying to call someone on our very limited one night stay. We certainly did not see what we had come to see. On checkout the instructions were very poor. Put the key in a mailbox by receptionist. There was only a basket at the counter . Thankfully the person that apparently retrieves the keys came to collect them. There were no keys in the basket but that is where we were supposed to put them. I would not recommend staying here .

Well done! Such a simple place incredibly well kept and maintained, super clean with self check in and check out at a very little cost, at the back of the Cathedral only 3 min on foot. This place could have charged a lot of money for his position and conform of rooms, with private bathroom, basic but incredibly well kept , very sweet and super clean! I am in love with this place . Our room also had a Juliet balcony, the top of the top!
