Extremely Bad experience!!

Check in service is not good, staff was impatient, other customers complain about the noise, staff keep asking us" Did you turn off all the electronic before you go sleep?" What the hell is this questions? The electronic noise is yours hotels problem! Is not us!! The noise is not from us!! If we turn on the television lound or we talk lound it's our problem, but if the noice are from the electronic or the fan, then it is your hotel's problem, also when they ask is not polite!! seems like pointing to us!!

Great B&B in a lovely area of Venice

Great location in historic building in a quiet and interesting area of Venice. The owners were very helpful. Vaporetto stop about 4 mins away, 10 minutes walk to train station. Loads of great places to eat in drink nearby, much quieter than the "main drag" route to San Marco Lovely breakfast. Fab room with view of the courtyard of the Ghetto Nuovo. Hope to return some day.

We enjoyed our stay here, in a quiet neighbourhood that isn't far from San Marco and has a water bus stop a few minutes away. Friendly owner, great communication over WhatsApp. Nice breakfast to set you up for the walk into the centre and very clean rooms. Cannot fault, we'd happily stay here again.

Excelente atención sobre todo de Anna, nos hicieron sentir muy especiales y en nuestro idioma español. Un lugar muy tranquilo, limpio, confortable, en el corazón del barrio Judío, con muchas opciones a tiendas y restaurantes a muy buen precio. Fotos para el atardecer inmejorables. Me agripé durante mi estancia y Anna me ofreció pañuelos y los lugares indicados por medicamento y comida. Desayuno sencillo y muy rico, con unos panes, croissants y galletas deliciosas, súper recién horneados. Definitivamente es un lugar a recomendar.
