Fantastic experience at the Hotel Clemens - the staff were amazing, every one we spoke to was so friendly and helpful throughout our two day stay. Continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice and set us up for the day. The single rooms were small but just what we needed, as two friends travelling together we appreciated our own spaces. Just a word of warning - like many establishments in this area, the hotel is above the row of shops and so there is a long steep flight of stairs involved to access the reception area and then further steep stairs to the rooms. However, this meant that there was a lovely small first floor balcony to sit out on in the evening, with a direct view of the Palace - a great location which I will have fond memories of for a long time. Recomended!
