Ótima opção para acessar a rede de metrô da cidade

Hotel de fácil acesso ao metrô, uma ótima opção fora do centro superfaturado da cidade de Milão. Tranquilo de acessar o metrô, mesmo a noite, só não recomendo andar com celular muito a vista.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet hôtel. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel dès mon arrivée, le personnel toujours souriant et disponible. La chambre était impeccable, confortable et très bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais de qualité. L’emplacement est idéal, proche du métro. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Great staff, good hotel to stay

Staff are excellent. Very friendly and doing everything asked of them to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast is good and in addition to this, snacks and drinks are always left out at the reception throughout the day. Housekeeping is great too and this was done daily. The location of the hotel hasn’t done any justice to its standard of service. Haven said that, the location is ok and there is a metro just round the corner with direct service to the city centre etc.

Ideal für einen City-Trip nach Mailand. Die Metrostation ist innerhalb von 3 Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen, von da aus fährt man ca 20 Minuten bis zum Dom. Die Zimmer sind sauber und vollkommen ausreichend eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich leider kaum regulieren (es gab nur „Aus“ oder „Vollgas“. Das Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend.

The breakfast consists of 1/2 cookies and cakes and overall a bad selection of bread, toppings and yoghurts. The rooms where worn out and the AC didn't work. The staff was arrogant, the only good thing I can say about the hotel is the cleaning of rooms.

Hotel en photos tres beau mais a l arrivée un environnement pas terrible. Parking cher et pas de place pour tout le monde.... Au final les petits déjeuners sont en supplément.... 15 euros meme pour les enfants...pas de bar le soir contrairement au descriptif. Porte serviette et manteaux cassés....insonorisation nulle ...bonjour la vie des voisins de palier. Trip cher pour ce que c'est. Trop d étoiles 🌟

Horrible!

What a shame, the problems started the minute we entered the hotel! They gave us a very small room for 3 adults on the ground floor, it is not possible to open the window because it faces the floor. The lady at the reception said "we will change your room tomorrow" and we believed it, but when we went to the reception again tomorrow, she said unfortunately there is no room available. The mirror in the room is broken, there are glass particles, we said at the reception. She told the lady that the customer before you broke it and did not replace it. Most importantly, we said that the toilet flush was broken, it was leaking water and we couldn't sleep because of its noise, but unfortunately they did not fix it or even cared. We never recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely not stay again.

Unfortunately disappointing stay. We travelled with two small kids. On the arrival day at about 8pm we noticed the shower doesn't work. We went to the reception, one person came with us to the room and didn't get to work it either so he asked the manager to come. He apparently turned on the wayer supply and promised to fix off falling nob the next day (didn't happen). The next day we came back from the trip and we realised that the door locks in our floor were changed to different system. So our key card was useless and we had to go to the reception to ask a contactless card. They couldn't get the coding machine work so lady came to us to open the doors and asked my husband to get new card from reception. Coding machine still didn't work so he came back empty handed. They were supposed to call that night to let us know when new card is ready but they never did. How come they change locks while a customer is staying and don't mention about it or even prepare new key cards. Total lack of respect for the customer there. All in all, there was too much jumping around to reception for things that should just work. Not very funny after a long day in the city with small kids. On the check out I told all of that to the clerk at the reception and asked for discount but she only said "I don't understand". In 4 star hotel, really?

Hôtel bien situé ne réservez pas sur hôtel.com

Hôtel situé dans un quartier plutôt moyen mais au final nous ne nous sommes pas sentis en insécurité. Station de métro a 2 min qui dessert très bien le centre de Milan. La chambre était propre ainsi que la salle de bain mais nous avions une remontée d’odeur dans la salle de bain plutôt désagréable. Le petit déjeuner était bien mais ça manquait de réachalandages pour les viennoiseries, les jus de fruits sont trop acides et il n’y a pas assez de table pour accueillir tout le monde. Obligé d’attendre que de la place se libère. La déco est belle. Problème rencontré, alors que nous avions réservé et payé notre chambre via Hôtel.com début juin, Agape hôtel sous une autre appellation a de nouveau prélevé le montant des 2 nuits via l’emprunte de notre CB et sans notre accord! Après un échange par mail ils se sont excusés de leur erreur et ont effectué le remboursement. L’erreur est humaine mais je ne recommande absolument pas le site Hôtel.com. Les ayant également contactés le même jour, je leur ai prouvé en faisant des recherches internet qu’il s’agissait bien du même hôtel, je leur ai communiqué les preuve du double paiement. Cela fait plus de 10 jours et à ce jour aucune action, recherche et réponse de leur part malgré mes relances si l’hôtel n’avait pas reconnu son erreur et effectué le remboursement, j’aurai un trou de 300€ sur mon compte en banque. Donc si vous devez aller dans cet hôtel, ne faites pas de réservation via Hôtel.com et ne payez pas à l’avance mais sur place.
