Hotel was clean and welcoming! Lots to do/eat on the ground floor. Room was a bit dark, but very comfortable. Hotel was close to everything, but located on a steep hill, so be prepared.

The Hostel is very comfortable Nice and modern with a lovely bar on the ground floor. The only negative point is the position,up on the hill,so it's not very easy to reach if you are coming with luggages or buggies and young kids. Overall is a good price for the expensive Lyon.

Na verdade o estabelecimento é um Hostel com preço de hotel. Café da manhã com muito pouca variedade, quarto sem estrutura alguma, carpete sujo, com manchas. banheiro com limo, e apesar se minha estadia ser de 4 dias, não houve serviço de limpeza. Se eu quisesse, teria que pagar a parte. É possível ouvir o barulho do quarto de cima. Atendimento nada simpático. Nāo recomendo.

J’y ai passé deux nuits. Le personnel est très gentil et le petit-déjeuner propose l’essentiel, avec notamment une bonne salade de fruits frais. Seul bémol : le bip de l’ascenseur que j’entendais depuis ma chambre, et surtout les pas de la personne située à l’étage au-dessus (boum boum boum) qui ont un peu gâché la tranquillité. À noter aussi : l’hôtel se mérite, car il faut grimper la montée des Carmélites pour y accéder ;)

Chambre propre avec une vue côté terrasse où il y a le bar. Un peu bruyant. personnel sympathique. Petit déjeuné correct mais pas beaucoup de choix. Pas de télévision dans la chambre. L’accès à l’hôtel n’est pas idéal pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou âgée si l’on vient en bus car il y a une grande montée pour accéder à l’hôtel depuis l’arrêt mairie.

Overpriced for the service & standards.

Very understaffed. Buffet breakfast vas very limited and ran out by 9am and wasn’t refilled. Room was dusty and single bedsheets too small for the beds. Staff not very helpful, surprising as they’re in a customer service role. On the positive side the design and decoration of the hotel and communal area is great!
