This was my first trip, and I truly enjoyed everything—the room decoration, the bed, and the overall environment were excellent. The front desk team was amazing; whenever we needed anything or had a question, they responded very quickly. Thank you so much, Thailand, for a wonderful experience.

J’ai passé quatre nuits dans cet hôtel, très bien situé une grande partie de Bangkok peut se faire à pied depuis l’hôtel. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et a toujours été très agréable. Un vrai bonheur de séjourner ici !

Bad smell, mold in the shower. From the reviews it seems like this place is a gamble depending on which room you are allocated to. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

We had an amazing holiday staying at the collection! Lynn @ the front desk was amazing And made us feel right at home !!! The owners were onsite and tou can tell they are really involved! Would highly recommend!

The room didn't match the description on Expedia. The front desk clerk (which is a tiny desk on the stairwell landing between the first and second floors) explained that none of their rooms have televisions or a working safe. Their rooms don't include hand soap in the bathroom. You get to wash your hands with the tiny tube of shower gel they provide after using the toilet. Their jacuzzi was filled with dirt and leaves upon my arrival. One person told me that it hadn't been used since COVID. They did sort of clean it up and fill it with water, but I wasn't about to be the guinea pig for that.
This place was probably quite nice 20 years ago, but it's best to avoid now until somebody remodels it.

Central hotel, near the famous Khao San road. A little bit tricky to get to if you’re travelling by car/taxi as there was no designated drop off/pick up point. Staff were lovely. Room and, overall, the property was stylish. It has the basic amenities for a one night stay.

Great location! Easy to walk to many landmarks and lots of good food around. The room wasn’t as clean as I would have expected when I checked in, but I told you staff and they remedied this right away! Unfortunately, the hot tub on the roof did not look like it had been cleaned or used in a long time, which was disappointing, but overall it was good value for solo traveler.
