This is a very nice hotel but with limited services. The location is very convenient for walking to sites in the historic district but has typical sketchy surroundings complete with homeless sleeping on the bench out front. Once in the hotel, it is nice. Breakfast is nicely done. The front desk is helpful but will not make change so make sure to have smaller bills for cabs and tips.

Great stay! Friendly staff and outstanding breakfast. Wish I could take home the incredible coffee machine that had 15 types of Italian coffee at the push of a button!

Hotel was really central to all amenities. Staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Some of the rooms don’t have a kettle or coffee facilities but ask and they will provide. Rooms are clean and breakfast was good and plentiful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.

Great stay in the centre of Naples. Room was excellent in every way and good size with excellent AC. Only minor issue no coffee / tea making facility. Breakfast was great with good choice. Would recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay after a day in bustling Naples or beyond.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were large and clean. Pillows could have been softer and there is a chain out front that is very dangerous at night as lighting was not good. Location was great in the historic district but the homeless were a little too close to the entrance of the hotel.
