We did not get the email of the hotel before our check-in because the hotel email was automatically categorised by email service as junk mail. We went to the hotel at 4pm in the afternoon but there was nobody, either in the hotel or its reception. There was no notice on the gates or its web site on its opening hours. We tried to call its numbers but there was no answer, even its mobile phone number. We ended up staying at a cafe for more than half hour because our call finally reached someone. Notwithstanding our experience, the staff excused that they would not operate between 3pm to 6pm, and they have already tried to reach us by email/phone in advance but in vain. As for the room, it was not spacious but the toilet/bathroom was ridiculously large, so there was less room for our luggage. Please also note that the hot shower was not stable and it may turn cold if continued. The breakfast was ok except that the omelette was always charred. The view of the room, though not bad, is not exclusive and people may pass by. Please also note that, while the hotel is not far from bus terminal, there is a steep slope with rough surface so it would be a painful experience if you have heavy luggage on roller. The hotel also refused to help take our luggage to the bus terminal, though it's not far.
