My husband and I stayed here for a shopping trip off season and a couple's getaway. Great quick access to the bike trail for the nearby State Park. This time of year it was a nice quiet section to enjoy the area. Great view.

The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. I would give the room cleanliness a 7-8 only because there was webs in the corners of the ceiling. Otherwise it was very clean. Very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again.

First unit they assigned us had water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. Upon notifying the front desk, they called maintenance which I found quite peculiar, I expected them to move us to a new room first. Maintenance came and confirmed and suggested we get a new room. They assign us the unit right next to the leaky ceiling one. I asked if that was wise because it seemed ro me that if the ceiling was leaking, it wouldnt just be the kne room. Anywho...we went to the neighboring unit. At 1st glance, everything looked fine. We went to dinner, came back to water on the floor and the ceiling buckling from water. Back to front desk, this time we got a room on the floor below. From that point on, the stay was fine. The hotel is right on the beach - on the quiet side but walking distance to the action. I liked that they have vinyl flooring, hotel carpets can be gross. The unit was pretty clean but there were several pieces of stray hairs about the room. They advertise as queen sized beds but they are not, they are double. Overall, not my jam but for a lil weekend stay in October, it was fine. It's kind of weird...you enter the hotel lobby, go up via elevator but then when you get to the floor, its open, like you're outside so it feels like a motel. And the bathroom is really really small.

We spent an overnight here in October. One thing we noticed right away was how clean and pleasant it smelt in the room. Not a heavy fragrance but like actual fresh linens. For our quick overnight it was a great choice. We could hear the waves crashing all night and were able to enjoy a fantastic sunrise in the morning before packing up and heading out.

Da wir das Hotel über Hotels.com gebucht hatten, konnte oder wollte uns die Dame an der reception kein upgrade geben. und die Zimmer welche über diese Plattform gebucht werden, sind unrenoviert und gleich neben Lift und Eismaschine. Das Hotel hat wohl sehr schöne Zimmer, doch wir haben keines davon erhalten. (auch nicht als wir einen Aufpreis bezahlen wollten :-( )

This is a new frills,, close to the beach, hotel with great access to restaurants and other attractions on the Rehoboth Boardwalk.Great side view of the ocean from the balcony and easy access to get on the beach. Staff were super friendly and allowed us to check in early since the room was available. Would definitely stay here since it’s an incredibly good value for the money.
