0/10 dirty and 0 customer service and housekeeping
Horrible experience, i came in the room and the towels were dirty. I asked for new towels and the clerk found the one clean towel and said what was wrong with that.
He then threatened to kick me out with no refund, i messaged hotels.com and they didnt even provide any assistance then i found blood on the comforter.

Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos aquí y siempre es muy cómodo, limpio y agradable. Solo si son muy especiales con el ruido, pidan habitación al fondo y no frente la autopista.

Maintenance Issues
Room was clean and well laid out however shower valve handle was detached and soap dispenser in the shower was empty and the lotion dispenser was full but faulty. Disapointing for what was a great room.

Exploited me for $20 dollars to check in early after calling the hotel and explaining I was working a night shift schedule told me that’s fine just book online go inside and check in and said I wasn’t allowed to until 3pm. I explained that I call ahead and explained this and that is the time I have to be up for work he said $20 dollars told him to charge it to my bosses card and he said no has to be cash.

All blankets were red stained, pillows were so dirty, air was not functioning, and had a terrible smell!! I expect my refund as soon as possible!!!

Newly renovated and lots of space. Still alot of work going on - elevator didn’t work, toilet backed up and no coffee in the room.

This shell of a building is faking red roof inn
This hotel sucks. The front desk is not really a front desk. I mean they are employees, but those employees are sitting on the other side of the front desk. Just chilling. There is no lobby area or there is but there’s no furniture anywhere. I don’t know if they offer breakfast or a gift shop or anything like that there was just a rack behind the front desk with some Ramen noodle soups And some smart pot popcorn and that was it. I called down to the front desk. to see when checkout was and I guess I woke somebody up because it sounded like they were asleep when I answered the phone there’s no hotel greeting. It’s just yeah and that’s it. I’ve been here twice thinking maybe the first time was a flute because when I checked in, the guy kept saying my ID was not me and he wasn’t sure but after the second time of coming here, the front desk experience was a little bit better but the hotel still had its issues. The elevator didn’t work both times but they put us on the third floor each time. I definitely won’t be coming back a third time because it seems like they did the bare minimum just to put a franchise name on top of the building.
