No kettle provided which I think is important. I don’t understand why no show curtain. Toilet flooded every night after shower like a mess. Room service didn’t wash my dishes! Room is clean though.

Not a great place to stay

AC vent rattled, ask to fix, never came. Hidden resort fees, not a resort. Outside doors were damaged or locked. Parking has no lighting. Room was clean enough but far from perfect. Room is quite dated. Will not stay again.

Overall the stay was great! However, there was just a few things that need to be assessed regarding cleanliness and property condition. There was quite a bit of hair left over in the shower from a previous guest. I can understand how it could be missed as it blended in with the tile. There was mold/mildew growing in the shower grout as well. Also, I foresee additional parking spots being needed in the future. Guests were parked in the grass on our check out day. Just some things that sometimes get overlooked when cleaning! Other than that, we’d stay there again.

Close to Universal

Great to see security guard in the evenings and the hotel is making sure there are no wild or loud parties taking place on the property. Beds were comfortable and had good amenities such as in unit washer dryer, full kitchen. No restaurant on site which is ok since this is Orlando- restaurants everywhere. Overall good stay.

It’s OK, it depends on your preferences.

I wasn’t really a fan of this place. I don’t know if it’s the lighting if it’s the dated furniture/curtains. But I questioned the cleanliness. And whatever they clean with mess with my sinuses for a day. The pool area was lovely, not crowded at all the service at the Tiki bar was great. But I personally wouldn’t stay here that’s not my type of place.

This property exceeded my expectations. Nice pool area with a bar. Nice breakfast area with Starbucks coffee. (not free but worth it) The room was huge! Will definitely stay here again.

Der Boden im Zimmer war feucht, weil sich vermutlich Putzwasser unter den Dielen des Fussbodens (vermutlich Vinyl) befand und durch die Trittbelastung nach oben kam. Nasse Socken sind nicht so toll, ansonsten war alles ok.

Já havia me hospedado anteriormente e voltei porque a localização é excelente, os quartos são amplos e confortáveis. Mas houve mudança quanto a limpeza, arrumação e reposição de toalhas, que passou a ser cobrado, por demanda dos hóspedes.

Great theme Park hotel.

Hotel is a bit dated. Older hotel I had a lot of construction around the streets not their fault. Our hotel room was extremely dated. TVs were extremely old but they did work. Did not have HDMI hookups for any entertainment such as Roku or fire stick or even video games. But we stayed there for two nights and we went to universal Orlando and it was perfectly fine for a stay for a theme park. But as a family vacation I would not recommend.
