No kettle provided which I think is important. I don’t understand why no show curtain. Toilet flooded every night after shower like a mess. Room service didn’t wash my dishes! Room is clean though.

Confortável
Quarto grande para ficar 2 adultos e 2 crianças, o que traz bastante conforto. O sofá-cama não é muito confortável, mas as crianças não sentem muito. Quarto tinha um cheiro de lugar fechado com cigarro que não saía nem com a janela aberta. A cozinha e máquina de lavar/secar são ótimos e ajudam muito pelo fato de não ter que sair pra comer ou lavar roupa.

Wouldn’t come back.
The hotel room was dirty - hair everywhere, the lamps were slanted (looks like someone did a quick wipe down and didn’t even have the time to straighten them), the doors were filthy. We truly felt gross staying there.

WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!
I stay in hotels for biz about 50 nights a year. This is by fore one of the worst! I could not even by a bottled water! No vending! Staff was nice, but limited and over worked!!!! I booked because every pic I say had a balcony. Mine did not have one. No food, no soda, no free basic breakfast (Not even coffee or cereal with milk!), took 25 minutes to get a cart as they only had two! I was also told that they could not call up the the guests that had taken a cart 30 minutes ago to pack their room and ask them to please bring a cart down soon. UGH! after that, it took 20 minutes to get the one of only two elevators were working and the second one was having "issues"! I was late for a biz meeting that could have cost me my job!!!!!! There was minimal hot water my last day with a tap at a 25% flow. I could go on, but most of it would just be complaining even more!!!!! I no longer trust Hotels.c reviews sine they went to the Darkside!!!!

No limpiaron el cuarto en las 3 noches que estuvimos. Nunca colocaron jabón, papel higiénico. Las toallas eran las mismas desde el día 1. No había tambucho de basura afuera, solo en el baño. No había un escurridor o toalla para secar los trastos El teléfono del cuarto no funcionaba y toda pregunta o necesidad había que ir hasta la recepción. La ubicación del hotel es buena y céntrica Las camas y almohadas eran cómodas Cobran un innecesario depósito

A good hotel in need of some tweaks
Tifanny Johnson ( hope I spelled your name right), was very sweet and showed us 2 types of room, so we could choose. Nathan also was very nice and it was super helpful in extending my reservation. About the room: the bathroom is very noise because there’s only one button to turn on the lights and the exhaustion system. In any other hotel there are two, so you can only have the lights, if you’re taking a shower. The outlets don’t work properly, so the hairdryer has to be used outside the bathroom. You have to do it near the entrance door. The room is nice, spacious, comfortable beds, nice view. Another negative point (sorry….): there’s only one ice machine, and you depend on the person at the reception to get it for you…. It’s made difficult and inconvenient and I wonder why. I was standing for 20 minutes to get a bucket of ice, because the front desk guy was busy, and I couldn’t do nothing bur wait. Let’s make things easier, will you? It took me also a long time to get a package that was delivered to me. Everything was right: the name, the address, the room number…. They should be more attentive. There are nice facilities like a fridge and a microwave. Nice initiative!

Tried and true!!!
The Point has been my go to when visiting Orlando for many years. The rooms and property itself, could benefit from a revamp; however, I appreciate the reasonably priced accommodations for a property that is so convenient to many major attractions. My only gripe is that my past two stays, I’ve seen the Orlando police dispatched to the hotel, which is unsettling. Last time for a fight in the parking lot, this time I’m unsure of the details.

Room was very dirty and smelled of smoke. Cigarette burns in the chairs, dust and hair all over the floor. I was so bad we had to change rooms. Everything is very old and beat up.

Der VIP Bonus wurde nicht erbracht trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage und Vorlage der Bestätigung. Das Zimmer entsprach den Fotos und war schön und sehr gut eingerichtet. Immer Platz am Pool. Dass Frühstück war jedoch unmöglich. Den Preis nicht wert, das Wenige dass angeboten wurde nicht verfügbar. Man bekommt Gutscheine, es hat nichts mit dem Frühstück Angebot auf der Hotelseite zu tun. Wir würden es auf keinen Fall mehr mitbuchen.
