Our apartment had dirty pillow slips, a washing machine that jumped around due to an balancing issue, the drain pipe from.washing machine leaked all over laundry floor, TV lost reception about 7pm for the 3 nights we were there, the curtains had broken hooks and were dropping.
We contacted after hours the first night to be told he had left the premises and there was nothing he could do.We saw the reception the next morning with the list, as we had to do our washing, but nothing had been fixed by that evening.Rang recetion again the next day and told them nothing had been fixed, they said they were looking at everything that day.Rang again in the afternoon to check and got told they had fixed everything.Double checked about TV, and was told issue had been sorted.When we got back, washing machine and leak was rectified, curtains hadn't been,TV definitely NOT.The unit we had was on level 1 above entry gates to unground carpark, you could hear these opening and closing through the night as people came in
