Perfect for a weekend getaway. The room was cool and had all the amenities as promoted. The staff was very friendly and professional. Great rate. It is in the medical district which is helpful if you're there for a family member but there are helicopter med evacs happening occasionally during the night.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and was everything I needed for a man by himself for one night. 😁 It was quiet and comfortable and served its purpose well. I would stay here again if I just needed a one night stay in Lubbock. The air conditioner worked, and the bathroom was clean and everything worked in there as well.

We were greeted warmly upon arrival. Check in was very efficient and quick. The property and lobby were very clean. We had reserved two rooms and were pleased to have rooms next to each other. The breakfast choices were adequate: cereal, fresh fruit, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, juices and coffee. The breakfast area was well-maintained. Our rooms were welcoming. clean, and in very good condition. An added bonus? Each room has a ceiling fan over the bed! Not only did this help to make it seem more like we were at home, but during the warm Texas nights it is a refreshing feature. Each time we left, then returned to the hotel, we were met by a smiling employee/owner. I felt as if they were welcoming us into their home. Check out was effortless and quick. We are looking forward to our next trip to Lubbock and our stay at Guest House Inn!
