Entire staff was very friendly. young blonde at Reception was extremely nice as well as night auditor who assisted us with cab and found my wife's phone and called the cabbie before we had gone to far. Breakfast was well maintained and bountiful. Bathroom was a bit cramped but it might have been the room we were assigned 520. Staff friendlyness was key to this stay.

The hotel has a quirky layout and a campus feel being made of a number of different original riverfront properties. The room was compact but very clean and well-equipped. There was plenty of choice at breakfast in the hotel's Waterside Restaurant and we also enjoyed a lovely dinner. The Taproom bar is cosy and welcoming - and the on-site brewed lager worth a taste! We would definitely stay again!

Very nice hotel, on a beautiful location. The only issue we had was the breakfast, very long waiting time to get a coffee (10min) and a rude lady in charge of the breakfast.
