Stayed here with my 3yr old the staff went above & beyond rooms cleaned beds made everyday whilst we went on our adventures so was nice to come back to a tidy clean room as we arrived to the hotel we were upgraded the family room which was quite big! Like a small apartment was so nice breakfast was great too! Deffentily reccomend if you're visiting inverness 😊

Absolutely fantastic. All check in systems had been affected on arrival, free drinks for inconvenience caused and updated frequently. Staff great and very apologetic. Room fabulous, clean with a great view over the River Ness. Definitely stay again!!
