Stayed in a Studio at this "Smart" hotel for 7 nights.
Pros: Building is at the beginning of a very busy corridor leading into the Jewish Quarter. Taxi waiting area within a few feet. Great location as it is close to everything. Building is secure, although one must ensure that the main door is completely locked after the buzzer.
To Consider: Mattress and pillows are of cheap quality - really very thin. Housekeeping did not bother to change the comforter which had a rather large ink stain; comforter did not even have a cover, just the insert. Sheets also had some old yellow stains. Nespresso machine provided, but no pods and sugar. Laundry machine in room but no detergent. There is a restaurant downstairs - it gets really loud at night, even if you are on the other side of the building. The walls are really thin, so you hear everyone walking, moving chairs, having conversations, guests slamming the main door, walking up the stairs, etc. BTW, no staff at the apartment. You need to call them on the phone for everything.
Experience: On the day of my checkout, sewage cleaning was going on in the building, but guests were not informed. The entire building smelled so bad. I vomited once and then resorted to spraying perfume into a mask and wore it while I was getting myself ready.
