Booked into a dirty room.

They take a 50 dollar deposit at check-in and say that we will get it back in 24-48 hours. It’s been almost week and I have yet to recieve it. When I call I get told they already refunded it and it’s an issue with my bank (it is not). Can definitely say I will never stay at a Sonesta again, especially this one

Secluded but conveniently located near stores and restaurants. Rooms are as pictured, with cold, lots of parking spaces and I liked a lot that there was no carpet in the room. Great price for the room.

Everything was great

Very damp and humid - with a musty smell. Super thin walls and other guests were so loud we almost needed to move rooms in the middle of the night. Front desk was helpful but other than that we would not stay here ever again.

Had an personal emergency

The room was clean, but the beds were really uncomfortable, the hotel is really cheap, we didn't expect a great breakfast, but they served food that wasn't fresh. You really need to slam the door in order to be sure it closed properly, this was the first and last time we stayed in this hotel.

Beds are horribly hard terrible sleep. Staff and cleanliness was good beds just terrible.
