At the beginning I booked two nights, fully paid, non-refundable.
I traveled from England to Paris but the football match rescheduled, I delayed one day check-in.
But as I have fully paid, it's a common sence that at least I have my second day.
However, when I arrived, the staff claimed that I did not show up at the first day, I lost my whole booking.
Be honest, they have found me a room finally, but the staff was rude.
It's my fault that I didn't read the policy but I'm sure not many people would.
But it's like you are paying to serve them, it's a very bad experience.
