We stayed two nights with my kids and had a great experience. The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from the Lipscani old town area—very convenient for exploring Bucharest. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, with plenty of food and drink options for everyone. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. When my daughter accidentally reset the safe-box code and locked it, I called the front desk and within 5 minutes, someone from IT came and fixed it quickly. Great service and overall a pleasant stay—would definitely recommend!

The moment I entered the lobby for checking in I did come with the a new description for Hotels FAST FOOD Hotel. You are almost just a number. No connection. Fast in fast out, next. The room was nice but then I realised there was no window that could be opened. And the same was with every floor-corridor. No fresh air. I would definitely not recommend unless you stay for 2 hours in the room.

There was a wide selection of fresh fruits, whole-grain options, yogurts, and delicious pastries, also traditional food. It was the perfect way to start our day! The location of the hotel is fantastic. Surrounded by charming cafes, bookshops, restaurants, and museums, there was always something interesting to explore nearby. The underground station is just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. Despite being in such a lively area, the hotel itself was remarkably quiet, thanks to excellent sound insulation. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient place to stay in the city.

The hotel’s location is perfect! Downtown, close to cafes and restaurant and tourist spots. The staff was nice. It would have been nice to have some water in the room. There was a fridge, but no water or other drinks, not even for pay. We later found a water dispenser in the hallway, but no one had told us about it, even when we asked at the reception where we could get some water. We were sent to the nearest supermarket. The breakfast is really good, with a lot of options and very good food.

I tried to arrange transfer from the airport. Instead of messaging on Expedia the wanted to email. I responded to the request and thought I had booked it. When I got to the arrivals I called and they said I had not. Then I took taxi. He said I couldn’t pay with card and charged me $100 USD. HE RIPPED ME OFF
