Front desk is awesome. Rooms are a little outdated, but clean and everything works. Kind of away from everything. Get a Riverview room.
真實評價

Room was okay, bathroom was small compared to room.size. Basically a typical hotel.

The staff was great. I could not get my wheelchair bound dad into the bathroom. The door was not wide enough to accomodate wheelchairs.
真實評價

Rooms are out dated. Spiders were all over the outside windows. Staff was okay. Pet friendly.

We had a great stay. The location is very nice with the restaurant and views over the river. It was very crowded and therefore a little messy. The coffee machine was not working, which is very unfortunate.

The room could have been cleaner upon arrival. Besides that the stay was very good and the location on the river was beautiful. The restaurant was really good too.

The workers were very friendly and inviting. Hotel is only 10 minutes from the Falls. We got the River View Room and the view was very nice. The hotel was very clean as well. No complaints. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The hotel was clean and everyone was very helpful. There were just a few minor things not working like the ice machines and at one point an elevator. Other than that everything was great

This was a very nice property. It might not have been quite as updated as some Crowne Plaza properties I’ve visited, but the room was spacious and clean. The restaurant was nice. What a gorgeous view!

Our stay was great ! They were remodeling so it was a lot of construction but overall I loved the room the tub and shower just wish they had a bigger tv it wasn’t a smart tv at all just basic cable
真實評價

It was priced fairly for the location. Would be better with breakfast included
真實評價

4/10 尚可

The area was dimly lit, and the building seemed old. The hotel, although older and located away from the river, had a more urban vibe. There were large trash bins outside, unevenly cut grass, a broken deck at the back pier, and it generally felt uninviting. And the bathroom was outside the bathroom. That was unusual. I expected more since I was traveling out of town with my family.
真實評價

Amazing staff and people around the area. The restaurant is very cute, and the food is great. Easy to move around the Niagara Falls. We travel with our service dog, and they were very attentive, which is a plus for me.
真實評價

6/10 不錯

I stayed at this property in 2018 and it really needed some work. I thought they would have updated the rooms in the 8 years since I stayed the first time but it seemed to be even more run down. I was really disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be staying here during my future visits to the Falls.

This is a great location with an amazing view. Check in and staff were great. Food was ok but the general vibe, decor, cleanliness etc was excellent. Recommend for the price range
