Night Shift staff member was attentive and helpful. He went to the 3rd floor to double check if we were able to get into our room since we were having trouble with the card. Thank you! Breakfast was great. Clean rooms. Tub was very clean. Gave it 4 stars because the elevator is pretty slow and needs to be cleaned. Otherwise the stairs to exit were much better.
