Nice hotel but really small rooms.
This is a nice hotel near the train station. Check-in was excellent. We opened our door to leave our bags while they were cleaning the room but it was way too small. We had three carry on size bags. Luckily, our daughter had her room next-door and she came the day before us so we stored our bags in her room for a while. This was not our normal hotel when we stay in PARIS but we were only here for one night before we went to Belgium. Room was very tight to get around. There was a safe in the room. The shower is level with the toilet, but it has glass halfway down the wall so you can see in from the bedroom. You can pull the curtains to block the toilet. We had room facing the street and it was pretty quiet. Hotel has a small elevator. I do not think there would be room for a wheelchair. Also probably only one large bag and one human might fit. Staff is very nice. Location is good. Breakfast is available for a charge.

Séjour de 3 nuits Avalon Cosy
Il a fallu demander plusieurs fois pour avoir enfin du gel douche. En effet il y avait 2 flacons de "Shampoing démêlant (!!!) et pas de gel douche. Nous en avons finalement eu un pour la 2ème nuit mais il a disparu pendant le ménage avant la 3ème nuit. Idem pour obtenir du papier toilettes qui n'avait pas été rechargé après la 1ère nuit. La "manager", elle nous a copieusement ignoré, sans-doute plus intéressée par la facturation de bouteilles d'eau plate au PDJ puisqu'il n'y avait pas de carafe d'eau ! Jus de fruits, lait, eux étaient en libre service comme tout le reste du buffet. Allez comprendre quelque chose...Sèche-cheveux présent mais en panne et resté en panne Pour le logement rien à dire, plutôt bien; un peu exigu cependant. Literie confortable.

Fint sted men mangler grundig rengøring
Hotellet er hyggeligt og ligger perfekt tæt på Gare Du Nord. Men morgenmaden og vedligehold mangler en del. Der var store plamager af skimmelsvamp på både bad og soveværelset.

Bom hotel, me hospedaria novamente
Boa localização, com diversas linhas de metrô, trem e ônibus próximas. Funcionários simpáticos. Limpeza excelente. Quartos pequenos, porém característico de Paris. Minha única queixa é com relação ao banheiro, cuja porta não dá privacidade e cujo chuveiro acaba molhando todo o banheiro por falta de uma delimitação melhor.

Stayed four nights with my husband. V
Very small room (read cosy) and rather dusty. The curtains were old and aircon/ heating system is probably old and was week. The main issue was the towels for me. They were clean most of the time but had to inspect prior to use as some were really dirty (blood stains YUCK). Would probably spend a little more and go elsewhere with more room and better hygiene standards.

good for lovers, not for families
there is no blinds and clear glass between the bathroom and the bedroom so it's only cosy if you are there as a couple ...unfortunately i was a father staying with my 8 year old daughter - so had to resort to having showers when she was asleep ..the only saving grace was a shower curtain between the shower and the toilet - otherwise that would be fully exposed to the bedroom too!

Très bon accueil, les chambres sont petites (Paris!) mais bien organisées. Tout est accessible à pied et c’est top! Par contre, si les chambres sont bien insonorisées vers l’extérieur, ce n’est pas le cas à l’intérieur et j’entendais tout ce qu’il se passait au-dessus. Petit déjeuner assez limité aussi, c’est dommage pour un 4 etoiles

Cosy boutique hotel close to Montmatre
Newly renovated boutique hotel with good feeling for style. Central located close to Montmatre and train transfer to airport from Gare du Nord. Small but very cosy rooms. Friendly staff and free coffee in lobby!
