I was given the option to check virtually prior to the actual check in date and choose my room. I did but when we got to the hotel, the room i was given wasn’t the room i chose on the app. The receptionist was nice. That was probably the only good thing about this stay. When we got to our room, it was tucked away in a little corner. Which was fine. The room was ok. But the bathroom toilet was dirty. Had hair and dirty marks on the seat. I called the front desk, they said they’d send someone up to clean it. 30 min past, nothing. I called again and still waited another 15 minutes. A guy came up to use the plunger but that’s not what it needed. He sent 3 other people to come ask me what was needed, one lady said she’d come back, she never did. By the time the bathroom was able to be used, it was already an hour and a half! Were on 2 hours of sleep and at this point, another room should have been given while they take their sweet time to clean this one. But whatever. Then we’re asleep, and 5-6am comes by and there’s people and a kid yelling in the hallway outside our door. Slamming doors. Every morning during our stay! I don’t know if they were workers and they stayed there or what but i called front desk to tell them to shut up that people are sleeping and obviously they never told them because it continued to happen. I walked out to tell them myself and by the time i got up to go out, they left. Wouldn’t stay here again.
