The hotel overall was nice and breakfast was excellent. However, we were travelling with a child and there was no place set up for her to sleep when we arrived. We called down to reception and asked for the sofa bed to be made up. Staff dropped off bedding but did not make up the bed. Once the sofa bed was made, there was very little space to manoeuvre around the room. There was also loud, thumping music being played at an event downstairs until around midnight that made it difficult to get to sleep.

Very poor and dated decor and 'vibe'. 'Musik' everywhere including loudly from pool areas from exactly 8:00am every morning to wake you up. Noisy building work going on at front door which twice started at 5:00am. food was indifferent, decor shabby and from a 1980 time warp. It was in a convienient location and the views were good but the 'pool area' noise and building work ruined it for us.

Didn't like - parking was problematic; it was difficult to find a parking spot anywhere near the hotel on multiple occasions. We also believe we sustained some damage to our car while parked. We notified you of this via email and have yet to receive a response.

Wonderful place but the privacy in the rooms is a bit tricky as anybody who walks by on the beach can look into the rooms unless the curtains have been completely drawn. The room was nice and cozy but not really 5 star quality. The breakfast and service in reception was great!

Good location needs updating

The hotel needs some service and up-keep. Dinner was ok, the server just asked if I wanted to pay, not if I might like dessert or coffee:tea. My room was not clean, I informed the receptionist that I needed house keeping to remove a very disgusting toilet brush. They never came. The seaside view is wonderful and a comfortable sleep. The breakfast hostess and staff along with the food is outstanding!

Not worth the money

Sadly not what I was expecting. It is ok that the rooms are outdated however it is not ok with dust and dirty cups. The minibar was full of stains and the sink was full of hair so the water was stuck. Would not recommend.

Wenn man die lowbudget Zimmer bucht, die auch noch teuer genug sind, muss man damit rechnen das sie eine schlechte Lageh haben, insbesondere die Einzelzimmer, entweder sieht man aufs Dach mit dem Geruch aus der Klimalüftung aus der Küche, oder sie liegen über der Raucherecke des Hotels, bei den Dppelzimmer, das sogar ein Superior Zimmer sein sollte, ging der Blick ins grüne, allerdings auf den Parkplatz. Das war aber noch okay, dafür war das Zimmer ja etwas günstiger, Aber was mich am meisten gestört hat, das Zimmer lag direkt über der An und Ablieferung, das heißt nachts ab drei Uhr wurde der Müll abgeholt und morgens früh die Ware angeliefert. Und das sehr laut stark, so das es bis nach oben ins Zimmer schepperte. Das Früstücksbüffett war ausgezeichnet!

Einzigartige Lage direkt am Strand, Zimmer mit Seeblick, hervorragendes Frühstück, liebevoll ausgestattete Lobby (Sofas, Sessel, überall Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen - Brettspiele, Billard, etc... auch am Strand.) Etwas mehr Stauraum hätte ich mir gewünscht, der Schrank war sehr klein, ein Kleid aufzuhängen, schwierig. Aber sonst nur zu empfehlen!

Der var en del larm fra andre gæster udenfor, og ovenpå gik de i bad efter kl. 24, hvilket larmede meget igennem afløbene ned til mit værelse. I morges var der igen støj fra andre gæster. Bedre lydisolering ville hjælpe meget. Ellers et godt værelse. Opholdsrum og morgenmadssal er meget hyggelige og smukt indrettet.

Vi kan desværre kun give 2 stjerner – én for den dejlige beliggenhed og én for det søde og imødekommende personale. Resten af opholdet levede slet ikke op til forventningerne. Hotellet bar tydeligt præg af at fokusere på kvantitet frem for kvalitet. Værelset var slidt, og der var en gennemtrængende kloaklugt på badeværelset, som gjorde det ubehageligt at opholde sig der. Spaafdelingen var alt for overfyldt. Dampbadene virkede ikke, flere spots i loftet var defekte, og pools var fyldt med gæster, der sad med drinks – hvilket ikke harmonerer med et afslappende spaophold. Der stod tomme drinksglas på poolkanter og rundt omkring i spaområdet, og generelt kunne renligheden være markant bedre. I restauranten sad man så tæt, at man nærmest deltog i naboernes samtaler. Maden var i bedste fald middelmådig og igen mere fokuseret på mængde end på kvalitet. Som veganer oplevede vi, at den veganske version af menuen blot var den almindelige ret uden det animalske element – uden nogen form for erstatning – hvilket resulterede i en kedelig og ubalanceret ret. Til samme pris, vel at mærke. Alt i alt fremstod hotellet som et forsøg på at være et "Instagram-hotspot", men det mangler substans. Det markedsføres som et spa- og wellnesshotel med gastronomi i særklasse, men det lever det desværre ikke op til – hverken på faciliteter, spaoplevelser eller mad. Til den pris forventer man et helt andet niveau.
