The living room did not have a sofa to sit down so we could not use the living room to spend time with the family after sigh seeing in the city. I contacted the management company and they told me that the new sofa had not arrived. When I complained to the support email I never received any response after multiple emails.

No control over the heating, it was freezing. No batteries in the remotes. Washer only, no dryer.
Water leaked in the kitchen onto the microwave and electrical cord, and water was leaking from above floor down the wall of the second bedroom. Communication was not good, not aware that Wonderful Italy managed the property so I ignored the first few messages on WhatsApp as they have links for payment and personal information. The personal information link didn’t work properly so I couldn’t upload the passport photos et cetera and even though they said communication was available until 11 pm I could not get anyone to respond from 6 pm until the next morning and since we were only staying two nights one of the night was absolutely freezing as we could not get the heater to change the setting as it was centrally controlled.
