The staff were ok, depending on who you get. The hotel is super run down and smelled. But the room itself was surprisingly clean even though the door seems to be broken from the outside. The breakfast is very meagre and sad, just like the hotel.

The bed was comfortable and the room was as clean as possible. It’s a very old motel and hasn’t had updates in a long time. I do believe that management is working on upgrades. It was hot during our stay and the pool wasn’t working. Our air conditioner was a window unit, so the fan is very loud. For the price, it’s ok. It is an easy 15 minute walk to Mile High stadium and it’s easy to drive to and from Union Station. Denver has done a great job on cleaning up downtown and making it a fun place to go again. I felt safe parking and walking around the motel neighborhood.

The rooms are clean, the bed is no luxury but in a pinch it’s a decent place to stay right across main attractions. We did have our dog stay here as well there was no issue when checking in my pet. The check in process was smooth, the staff were very friendly.

It was fine to stay at. While the elevator was smooth moving, you had to get past its horror movie look. Breakfast was simple, toast or cereal. The milk was in a gallon in ice water. The staff were nice and the place was clean.

I didn’t go or try the breakfast the staff was average but do take into account for how busy it was parking was decent for the area. My hotel room wasn’t the cleanest and I did find someone else’s hair lining my shower walls and curtains

The first room we were given - the door did not close! The strike plate was missing, so the door was unable to properly close. The second room we were given, much to the manager's reluctance, closed properly, but the bathroom was not maintained and the TV worked about 30% of the time. Breakfast was minimal.

Of you’re looking for a spot on budget and walking distance from empower stadium then this is great. It had a quick and simple continental Brkfast. Walking distance to downtown spots as well

I reserved a king and was given a double ….. no reduction in price or apologies from the staff….. it’s a nice place for the price just don’t expect much help from the staff. Keys randomly stop work and if you are in the h it’s a good walk to the front desk
