I hesitated because of some of the reviews, but honestly, this place is perfect for a budget traveller. It's clean, extremely well located and staff is friendly & helpful. If you can't stand a little noise or narrow staircases, then it's not just that this hotel is not for you: Amsterdam is not for you. And if you need more space and more luxury, you will simply need more money. Some people just want a five-star experience on a shoestring budget.. The bed is comfy and big enough for 2, there's a coffee maker and a safe in the room, soap in the bathroom and friendly smiles at reception. I recommend Sara's Boutique Hotel.

Stedet praler selv med at de har den langsommeste Elevator. Det er bestemt også den mest larmende. 😞 Badeværelset lugtede bestemt ikke godt, Fjernbetjeningen til tv virkede kun delvist. I øvrigt ligger hotellet i det aller dyreste område, med hensyn til parkering.

Nã tinha nenhuma comodidade, a não de higiene, O ventilador do tipo torre era muito ruim e me hopsedei em 2 períodos diferentes, 2 quartos diferentes, o mesmo problema. Quarto muito pequeno. Não tinha placa de sinalização na fachada da hospedagem. Bem localizada.

The location was perfect. You can walk easily to all the main places in Amsterdam. The street is very beautiful. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. The stairs can be difficult, but there is an elevator. It is a little slow, but it is useful. If I visit Amsterdam again, I will definitely stay here again.

L'accueil du personnel était très sympathique, la chambre pour 2 personnes était assez spacieuse, le lit très confortable, une salle de bain privée mais très petite. L'hôtel en général et la chambre étaient très propres. Comme gros point négatif, la chambre n'était pas du tout insonorisée, donc nous entendions toutes les discussions du couloir, c'était difficile de dormir certaines nuits quand on entendait les gens rentrer de soirée ou bien faire leur check-out très tôt. Comme point très positif, l'hôtel est très bien situé, proche de la place Leidseplein avec ses animations/restaurants, un arrêt de tramway, assez proche aussi des principaux musées et du parc Vondelpark.

My room was infested with bedbugs. Bad smell in the air, clearly not cleaned or maintained properly. Haven't been able to contact management for a refund in 3 days. Avoid.

De var løbet tør for nøglekort da jeg chekede ind, så personalet skulle lukke mig ind på værelset det første døgn jeg var der. Personalet var meget venlige og undskyldende omkring det, men det ødelagde lidt den første tid der. Der var bedbugs i sengen og sengen var alt for kort til mig. Udover det var der aldrig rengøring eller friske håndklæder i de 3 nætter jeg var der. Generelt var det alt for dyrt i forhold til hvad man får.
