Walking into the lobby, I was welcomed and helped immediately. Gave the guy my name, double-checked if I had actually paid for parking (which I had, the previous day) and then I got my room key.
No need to check any sort of ID, unlike in Japan.
But then I got to the room. It was a scorcher this particular day, so the staff had put 2 fans into the room. Those didn't really help until 2-3 AM the next morning.
Overall: great room, good breakfast. But the rooms NEED airconditioning units.
