Lovely hotel - not part of a corporate chain, and very well maintained with spacious, well-appointed rooms & suites. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not amazing but more than adequate. And there were many fine eateries within a 5 minute walk. Highly recommended!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed her stay at this hotel. We had a handicapped accessible room which was huge. In addition the hotel is located near the center of Santa Rosa, which we found to be a very beautiful town. If we ever come back to California and can find the time, we will be sure to revisit this hotel.

My daughter and I loved our stay. The rooms are bright, spacious, clean and pet friendly, although we didn't bring a pet. The location is excellent to experience the charm of downtown Santa Rosa within walking distance. You have to manage the parking but there's a loading area and street parking nearby and limited paid parking available.

A gem of a hotel, on the edge of a residential neighborhood but in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa with Starbucks, cool restaurants and boutiques within walking distance. My daughter and I had a very large suite with all amenities incl. a stacked washer & dryer, and I loved the Nespresso machine. And when we invited a couple in town for a family gathering to join us for one evening, hotel staff were accommodating and added them to the reservation without any questions. Parking garage was full, but there is ample street parking around the hotel.

This was a very nice hotel. But there was a lot of miscommunication with the staff and a feeling like their computer system was not up to speed and they did not clean my room as I requested in the morning then told me the housekeeping staff had gone home at 4pm.
