We come to Seaside often, but this was our first time staying here. The staff was amazing, super friendly, welcoming and kind. Honestly, the best front desk people I’ve encountered at a hotel ever! I really appreciated that our room had enough towels and coffee for us. The only two things I can say that weren’t positive are the carpet was pretty stained and dirty in our room and the breakfast didn’t have much for protein options so we had to go out for breakfast. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay there again!

Hotel amenities, staff, parking, check-in and check-out, breakfast and location are all good. The family room we had was dated. While they have done updates to the room, it is still dated and dark. Good value though considering we could have the 7 people in our party comfortably in one room with 2 sinks (3 queen beds and a pull out couch). The breakfast was excellent as was the fire pit and again the staff great!

There were three incidents that happened that I believe could have been handled in a different way. Too long of a story to get into it. I did let management know but it seems like there was a lack of communication between staff and management. I did appreciate that they acknowledged their mistake. Overall my week stay was fine. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The only thing that I believe needs improvement is their breakfast. Every day was the same thing, so many carbs and no protein. Most hotels I’ve stayed at least offered scrambled eggs and sausage . So breakfast got boring really fast. The good thing is that the hotel is a short walk to shops , restaurants and the beach. So if you are looking for somewhere ro just rest your head this is it .

This is our favorite place to stay in Seaside. I take my grandson on spring break every year and this hotel has everything. The staff is fabulous. They are so kind. They’ve got puzzles movies books all sorts of stuff in the lobby for you to borrow also bicycles. they have an outdoor fire pit They light for you so don’t forget to bring your smore supplies. We absolutely love going here. They will always have our business. Thank you for such a fabulous stay this year.
