Avoid this place like COVID!
Customer Service was horrible. First they asked for a no notice $100 deposit. My card had over $100 but less than $115. The desk clerk tried saying he only charged my card $100. The card company sent me a text message stating it was declined due to an attempted charge of $115. The next morning, the day shift person was mad because I asked for extra towels. I had two adults and three young children. The attendant said i needed two rooms because i could only have 4 people in the room. Customer service killed any repeat business!
