Stayed for 4 nights with connecting rooms. Service and location were great. However, I feel the property would need some major renovations before I can give this hotel a 4-star rating.
In short:
- A few parts of the room had more of a 2-star motel feel. (eg. some moldy areas in the bathrooms, shower light fixture missing the cover, shower door cannot close properly - had to hand held the shower head facing the wall the entire time to make sure I am not flooding the bathroom floor)
- Both TV boxes were not working on arrival and also crashes time to time after the fix. (Also more on just the presentation - How the tv boxes were just jammed behind the TV doesn't really fit a '4-star' hotel room setup)
- The corridors were also a bit dated and with the carpets rolling up here and there.
-The elevator card readers can sometimes be a bit 'emotional'
-Room cleaning on every 3rd night was ok (the housekeeping was quite good), but would be better if there is some arrangements on cleaning the garbage. (eg. For some items like leftover apples cores, I would personally clear the garbage to a garbage can outside the hotel)
