This Premier Inn is in a great location - directly opposite an entrance to Westgate shopping centre, and a few minutes walk to many local attractions. Hotel lobby was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was generally clean. Bathroom needed a little more attention - walk-in shower is in need of thorough cleaning. Bed was comfortable, but the A/C kept switching itself off leading to me overheating a few times during the night as the room heated up quickly. Breakfast was good quality. The male member of staff managing the breakfast area on May 1st was really helpful and pleasant. He provided me with the gluten free menu and offered to have the kitchen prepare something separately to order. I would recommend this location.

Gayet güzel, temiz, konum olarak iyiydi. Kahvaltılar güsel ve uygun fiyatlı. Primier Innlerde genel olarak tek kusur var, odalarda otel terliklerinden yok ve isteğe bağlı da temin edilemiyor, yoktu ellerinde. Yanınızda terlik getirebilirsiniz. Bunun haricinde her şey güzeldi.

En general la estancia muy bien, el personal de recepción muy atento y amable. La habitación que me dieron estuvo bien. Solo recomendaría que expliquen bien a la llegada que incluye el que pidas que hagan servicio a la habitación, porque el primer dia lo pedí y solo dejaron toallas pero no tendieron las camas. La segunda vez, ya lo hicieron. La ubicación del hotel esta genial, frente al centro comercial de Oxford y varios puntos de interés. Las habitaciones tienen tina de baño en la bañera; esto en mi opinión es que es fácil que ocurra un accidente; seria conveniente que lo cambiaran en todos los Premier Inn (tambien visité el de Manchester y lo mismo).

Property shows its age so if you are expecting a shiny, Canadian standard room you would be disappointed. That said, the location is excellent right across from a huge shopping mall and everything in the city centre is very close and easy to walk. The breakfast is also outstanding. Expensive, but what isn’t in the UK these days.
