We were on the first floor and the hallway was dirty and had multiple dehumidifiers, but they were not running due to being full. Entered room and there was a heavy smell like musty with smoker smell. The room was not very clean, and we even found dog bone under bed. Sleep under the sheets and the next day I started to get bumps and itchy spots on my skin. They have bed bugs, and I had bites over any skin that was exposed to sheets.

My husband checked in after me and the front desk didn’t verify him with an id. The garbage can had black mold in the bottom of it. The remodel was done terribly. The pillows were small and we only got two. The shower and bath area always had what looked like black mold or mildew in the shower. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

The room was quiet and clean and the staff friendly and responsive. However, the first-floor hallway was dark and dingy, the A/C couldn't be turned on because the knob was missing/broken, and the outlet next to the bed wouldn't hold the plug-in for my charger, which simply fell out, so I had to plug in my phone in the bathroom.

Filthy and uncomfortable.
We arrived and the entire reception freaked of cigarette smoke. None of the rooms are handicapped accessible. The halls real of smoke and the carpets were filthy. Our room had the tv on like someone was in there watching. The sheets were dirty with crusted stuff. The carpet stained and trash under the bed. No extra plugs available in the room. Even the clock was unplugged for the lights. Cobwebs from the lamp shade. Thick dust behind the table. The Bed was hard. Pillowcases dirty. We ended up leaving because it was so dirty and uncomfortable.
Crusted stuff on sheets.

The room smelled like hadn't been cleaned well for several days and we didn't dare use the shower....that's how little we thought of the cleanliness. We seriously considered asking for a refund and going somewhere else but decided not to because it was late enough to call it a day and just quit for the night .A refund would still be nice.....
