I am rating this facilities poorly because we located mold growing in our room. After speaking with over-night staff, they told me no other rooms were available and they would not be able to move us to a habitable room until they spoke with their manager in the morning. I filed a report with the hotel main office over-night. After staying in the room, both my wife and I woke up with rather severe coughs and my wife was overcome with anxiety. I spoke with the on-site manager in the morning who stated she could move me to a new room and get me a 25% refund for 1 night. (we were booked for 4 nights and stayed in the mold room for 2 nights during this stay). After receiving the new room, the front desk staff was passive-aggressive for the duration of our stay. Additionally, in both rooms, the shower made a high-pitched sound which caused me a severe headache. The on-site heated pool was only lukewarm on the surface and cold at the bottom. The on-site sauna was out-of-order during the duration of our stay. The on-site breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was nice and pleasant.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever been in. I booked through hotels.com however the reviews and pictures on both the actual hotel website and the 3rd party website made it look decent. On arrival, the hotel sits right on the busy road and on the river. The front lobby was dingy and older seeming. The front desk person was nice. Once to the room, the floor felt dirty, there was ALOT of road traffic noise, and the floor was ice cold but that was all something we could deal with. Then we realized there was mold all over the bathroom ceiling, the water pressure was horrible, the shower leaked onto the floor because the shower curtain kept trying to stick to you. There was then more mold found in the main part of the room and nasty stains on the curtains. There was a weird smell in the room too. This was a health hazard and I was not staying there. The front desk lady then gave us an attitude and said since there was no one working that night to clean the room that they were unable to refund us for the night. She said we could be refunded the rest of the trip but had to contact hotels.com. After several days of back and forth I did get 2 of the 3 nights refunded but had a horrible experience there and would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Really nice hotel very close to downtown Gatlinburg. Trolly stop 1/2 block from hotel Friendly workers at the hotel. A really nice breakfast. Free parking is a huge plus. Balcony with chairs overlooking the small river behind hotel

Friendly staff. They had a good breakfast. Its convenient to walk to many attractions and shopping. Beautiful view of the river and mountains from the balcony. I will stay again when im here. Traffic can be a bad at times gettimg in and out but someone always get through. We enjoyed our stay.

My only complaint is the noisy street (an out of hand car show was in town) it is also difficult to exit the parking lot due to being located on extremely busy road. Room was great, balcony view was exactly as pictured with comfortable seating. Breakfast was convenient. I would stay here again.

After being scammed with false advertising and being stuck 10 hours from home without a plan to where to let my kids sleep these amazing people found a spot for us for the night. Not only were they our rescuers but the room is amazing with a spectacular view; it was clean and secure. The kids enjoyed the enclosed pool that was warm and comfortable to swim even in October. We watched a bear casually stroll down the strip (don’t leave food in your car). The kids enjoyed the mountain Coaster very conveniently across the street and pizza the Brazilian way from 3 minutes walk away!!! Even if they are unable to accommodate us tonight we were able to salvage 2 days of our trip and will definitely be back and stay here from ever on.

We arrived early during a torrential rain storm. They let us into the laundry room to do our laundry before we could check in. Very grateful for that. The room was comfortable and I absolutely loved the balcony on Pigeon Creek. It was within walking distance of downtown. Breakfast was very good. Not one complaint!
