Very dirty, bed bugs

Bed bugs disaster, all over my body and got some bugs home, had to clean up the whole house. Super dirty in the room, AVOID this place.

Shower/bathroom was terrible.

Bathroom was terrible. Ceiling tiles were brown water stained and warped like ready to collapse. When taking a shower, the water drained so slowly it filled the tub around your feet. You have to pull out the handle to turn the water on, and this was so hard, even for me a healthy strong man. I let the staff know of these bathroom issues and all they could say is it's an old motel with old plumbing. No daily service, only clean after you checkout. I guess if you just need a bed inside to sleep this motel is for you, price is low, now you know why.

I pretty much knew what I was getting when I booked. But honestly we only stayed one night out of the 2 we paid. The pillows were so thin I had trouble sleeping. Towels were thin and one had a stain.

Honeymoon

Checked and was we would have maid service the length of stay. Found the bed had not bed made and trash was not emptied. We made the bed ourselves. We complained to the front desk. They offered to move us to another room. We decided to stayt since the bathroom and jacuzzi tub were clean. We still had a wonderful honeymoon

We stayed here one night on our way to vacation. The room had a smell and had damaged doors and floors. It seemed like it was clean but I felt kinda gross. The shower was gross. It also way extremely loud all night.

20 dollars a night for dogs. When i checked out of the room a guy ran at me for the key and told me to stay until he checks room. Not going back. Didnt clean rooms or provide new towels either.

Green Vally gem

This is a clean motel but showing its age. The rates were very low and it was surprising to get a fairly large room that was clean and comfortable. We used this time to attend the Smoky Mountain Camp meetings and to see the area. Management was polite and answered any question or need we had. The rate of $41 a night with taxes included was very good for what we got. Over all a 4 star out of 5.

Great second stay!

This was the second time we stayed at Green Valley. First time was a standard double bed room. This time was the deluxe double queen room. I can say if you want more room, go for the deluxe rooms! We stayed 5 nights and did not have a single issue. The rooms could definitely use a little TLC and renovation but other than that it was a good stay! Close enough to the island to drive back and forth without all the chaos of the island traffic. We would definitely stay a third time for the awesome price!!
