No issues at all other than the air con wasn't strong enough for the size of the room if you like a cold room. Room with a terrace was excellent, station 3 minutes away, taxi rank 1 minute away . Will stay there again

The hotel itself was great. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The outside of the hotel seems a bit sketchy because of the location near the train station, but we felt safe once inside. A good hotel to stay at if you’re visiting Naples for a few days or planning on touring other areas from there.

A Pleasant Stay in a Convenient Location I had a good overall experience staying at this hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I arrived, which made a great first impression. The hotel is conveniently located near the central train station and was easy to find. Its location on the main street was also a plus. The room was reasonably clean and comfortable, and overall, I was satisfied with the accommodation. The breakfast was also quite good for the price and offered good value for money. The main downside was the noise from the plumbing. I could clearly hear water running when guests in other rooms used their bathrooms, which was the most noticeable inconvenience during my stay. Apart from this issue, I was happy with the hotel and would give it a positive overall rating. I particularly appreciated the helpful staff, convenient location, and good value for money.
