Fabulous hotel with all the required amenities; nice spa and outdoor/indoor pool, phenomenal access to the beach/Adriatic sea; great chairs/beach towels; beautifully landscaped property. Spacious room with spectacular views. Excellent breakfast. Access to the extensive boardwalk in Opatija. Amazing value for money.

Det absolut Bästa hotell vi någonsin bott på. 5 stjärnor på Allt. Personal, hotell, rum, baren, restaurangen, maten var gudomlig. O då var det buffe!! Platsen det låg på. Solstolar o badstege direkt ner i klart vatten, strandpromenad till lite by till vänster o in till Opatija till höger. Vi kommer garanterat tillbaka.

Wunderschönes historisches Gebäude mit paradiesischem Garten, mehrere Wellnesslandschaften, eigener Privatstrand, wunderschöne komfortable Zimmer mit Balkonen und Meeresblick, Gratis E-Tankstelle, sehr freundliches deutschsprachiges Personal, fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet, hochwertige Abendgastronomie im Preis inklusive. This is our seventh year back at this hotel. The hotel has changed ownership, and some changes have taken place. Unfortunately, not for the better. First, parking is now a paid service. 20 euros per day is a significant increase in the cost of a vacation, especially if you're staying for a week or more. This came as a surprise to us, and after negotiating with the hotel management, we waived the parking fee this time, for which we are very grateful. The hotel's highlight was the wonderful à la carte dinners accompanied by live music. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. Over the course of eight days, there was live music only one evening. There is a standard buffet, which didn't always suit our tastes. Upon check-in, we were offered the option of canceling dinner for a 10 euro per person refund. We gladly took advantage of this offer twice, but upon check-out, we were denied a refund of this small amount (40 euros for two dinners), explaining that we hadn't booked the hotel through the website. In response to our justifiable indignation, we were told that the promise made to us was the fault of a recently hired girl. I don't understand why we should pay for the hotel's mistake. Nevertheless, it's a fact. I don't know if we'll return to this hotel, but maybe we'll try it again, since the sea, breakfast, and rooms are all fine. Perhaps the new management will learn to value repeat customers.

Beautiful grounds, the sunbeds along the sea, the pools, the breakfast views are all wonderful. The rooms are basic and dated, but completely fine. But beware: Don’t make the same mistake as us and pay extra for a superior room with partial seaview. We got a room in the basement where you had to stretch your neck off the balcony to see the sea. The standard premium rooms with park views were much nicer, to a better price.

Тихий, спокойный отдых

Отель расположен в замечательном месте, на променаде лунгомаре. Вправо пойдешь - 10 минут придешь в Опатию, влево- в деревеньку Волоско.Сам отель состоит из нескольких зданий. Мы жили в здании N1 в великолепном номере с видом на море. Номер просторный, с довольно большим балконом, правда чтобы выйти на него надо было либо протискиваться в неполностью открытую дверь (Из-за встроенного рядом шкафа дверь открывалась не полностью) или открывать обе дверцы, но тогда возникает маленькая проблема. Кондиционер сразу выключается и, чтобы его включить надо закрыть обе двери на все защелки. В остальном к номеру претензий нет. Завтраки и ужины потрясающие. На завтрак можно заказать блюда из яиц , плюс шведский стол, стандартный для европы. В меню есть также тонкие блинчики либо с ягодами, либо с шоколодам. Очень рекомендую. Ужин- по меню из 5 блюд. За неделю ни одно из блюд не повторилось. Все вкусно, красиво и с великолепным видом на море. Практически каждый вечер живая музыка. Великолепный бассейн с морской водой и с достаточно большой территорией с лежаками, а вот сам пляж оставляет желать лучшего. Небольшая платформа с тесно стоящими друг к другу лежаками. Большой плюс, что не надо ничего занимать заранее. Каждое утро надо подойти на рецепшен и на плане выбрать себе лежаки на следующий день, очень удобно.Спуск в воду по лестнице, море потрясающее. Отель в основновном для пожилых австрийцев, всё на немецком языке, по запросу есть англ.яз. В СПА не ходили. Мы обязательно вернемся.
