It is a nice, clean hotel, the staffs are great. However I had a terrible experience starting from Check in… I booked for a family room because I am traveling with kids, when I check in on the counter they told me the family room is on the second floor, and they will be very loud music in the midnight from the pub on first floor. I ask for other available rooms because I’m traveling with kids, and they asked me to pay double the price for a higher floor. After checking in, we tried to take a nap because we just had a long flight, but there is construction going on with very loud noise. We called the front desk, but there’s nothing they can do. In conclusion, if you are troubling with kids, this idea will not be ideal. But if you’re traveling along, and come back late at night, this can be a decent hotel for you.

The staff , especially the concierge, was extremely helpful. The only issue we had was , on our previous stay from February 11 through February 14… we stayed in room 1509 and had certain items from the room provided free of charge. In our just completed stay we were in room 1004 and we consumed the same items but upon check out we were charged for them. We were not informed that we would be charged else we would refrain from using them. So I think that guests should be informed of this at the check in time. Or it would be good to have one of the price list in the room so guests make their choices. I chose the hotel because of your quality of service however this experience left a negative impact on me.

Reserved 2 rooms with windows. Got an "upgrade" to a familyroom with a small window, no view. An extra bed we didn't need. Dusty with spiders in the corners, the shower was hanging and blocked the shower door.

Overall I enjoyed my stay here but a few things to note. The rooms are smaller than average, the elevators are not synchronized and operate independently. That doesn’t sound like a big issue except everyone selects all three so you will stop on several floors and no one will be there to get on. Waste of time. Last issue is that they promised me two bottles of water each day but never left any extras outside of the room if I had do not disturb turned on. Most hotels will at least leave the water outside of the door if they don’t make your room. I know I could have called the front desk to ask for some more but I was very busy during my stay and just wish they left it outside of my door instead. Besides that the shower is great and breakfast is worth the price imo especially if you are an early riser like me and want something within the building.

Si bien no tengo quejas puntuales, me parece importante comentar que, dado el precio pagado, esperaba bastante más del hotel. La habitación es pequeña, en mi caso con un ventanal al estacionamiento del hotel de enfrente, bastante fea la vista . La cama estaba ligeramente hundida en el costado derecho. Las almohadas están bien, el baño también. El desayuno es aceptable, no todos los días habían platillos de la misma calidad. El check out tomó un siglo. El área en la que está el hotel está íntegramente dedicada al turismo, cero autenticidad y mucho puterío. El área donde está el hotel está íntegramente destinada al turismo
