It was a price worth hotel. Clean rooms with very very friendly staff. It was like a 15-20 min walk to the center of Kadıköy. Bus station near as well. We also got an upgrade to a room with balcony which was enjoyable. Perfect for a short stay.

A very convenient hotel away from the party area. Everything is new and clean. 7-8 mins walk to metrobüs and Marmaray that makes very easy to visit the old city while staying there. Walking distance to the pier and Moda. Had great sleep every night because it was quiet and air conditioned. Shower is powerful and the bed is very comfortable. There's a fridge and kettle etc. They even give slippers. It exceeded my expectations. Very good value. The receptionists especially Mr Murat is very friendly and helpful.

I wasn't aware when I booked this as a solo female traveller that it is basically in the middle of nowhere, on a business estate full of car and motorbike repair shops. It's only 11-15 mins walk to transport (bus/train) but the area is very secluded and I wouldn't feel safe being out at night. There is very limited places to eat (couple places for breakfast), no supermarket or restaurants nearby and the "hotel" is so basic. I literally had water and sugar ... No coffee! That said, as a very basic room it was spacious, clean and had a good large shower. The staff don't speak ANY English, and they aren't customer service orientated, so don't expect much from them in the way of help. It's probably a language barrier but letting me get into the lift and not telling me my room was on the first floor, up stairs with no lift access wasn't a great start. They don't even have a toilet you can use when waiting for your airport transfer at reception! It was clean and tidy but it isn't somewhere I would choose to stay again, I'd pay more and be more central to be able to eat and travel safely.

Quiet hotel in Kadikoy
The positives about the hotel: Good value. Large rooms. Close to Sogutlucesme transport hub for Metrobus, Marmaray trains and local buses. 24 hour reception. Quiet despite being close to one a main road. Walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants. The negatives: The WiFi is poor to unusable - pick up a local SIM from the Turkcell shop about 10 minutes walk away if you need connectivity. The room was not cleaned or the bins emptied during our 10 night stay. No safe in room. Limited number of plugs so charging a phones and watching TV at the same time could be a challenge. Overall it wasn’t terrible, and if you are going to be out a lot, the location and price are OK, but it was far from being great and you may find a better option for a similar price or slightly more.
