This place was amazing, this will be my go to place everytime I stay in Tennessee. I’m going to book another stay there in a couple of months and this is by far the best place I have stayed at in a long time

The very best part is sitting on the balcony in sweater weather listening to the river.

The room we had, even though it was older, still was clean. We even had the creek view from our patio so that was beautiful. Staff was very helpful . Would suggest more gluten free and dairy free options but overall , it was a good stay.

Check In Was A Little Different. They Cancelled my Reservation, Cause I didnt Check in Before 5: oo PM, Thought Booking with Credit Card Holds Room. Besides That Our Stay Was Alright. Loved The Creek and Sounds of the Water Flowing and Our Brar Friend Every night. The Parkway Was a Block U The Road So Getting Around Was Easy.

Our stay was great and comfortable. At first sight we were a little concerned looking at the outside of the property that the rooms would not be suitable for us, but the rooms were great. I think with a little effort of the appeal of the outside would go a long way. please give it a chance because our stay was great. The location was wonderful to be able to enjoy downtown Gatlinburg.

We were there for a week. All the staff was very friendly. They came by everyday and made our beds and replaced the bath linens. Our room felt clean but the balcony and elevator could have used a good cleaning though. whole building could use a remodel. Our door had apparently been broke into at some point and it was missing a lock and wasn’t very secure with just the one other lock. We stayed in one of the suites, it was very spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with the river below us. They gave of plenty of warning about leaving food in our vehicle, which we followed. We seen bears in our parking lot at least 3 different times and in the river almost every night. Breakfast was okay, there was plenty to choose from and saved us money till lunch time.
