The room could use a refresh and the bedding just ok. The lift made a lot of noise we could hear from the room. The pool was great and breakfast really nice. Staff was also lovely. The parking was extra charge and quite expensive to be honest.

Fairly priced nice hotel. The rooms are spacy and clean with all the basics you need. Its not luxorious but if you only need a place to sleep this hotel will do just fine. Friendly and helpful staff.

Good for Drivers – Less Ideal Without a Car

Check-in was quick and smooth, and we received all the information we needed right away at the reception. The room was clean and comfortable, with both air conditioning and a fridge, which we really appreciated. However, there were (What looked like) visible water damages in the ceiling, which brought down the overall impression of the room. The hotel has a spa area with a sauna and pool, but access comes at an extra cost – something to be aware of. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, although it was very crowded, which made it hard to relax. Parking is available, which is a big plus. However, be aware that the hotel is quite far from the city center, so it’s best suited for those traveling by car. Overall, a decent hotel with the basics covered – especially convenient if you’re traveling with your own vehicle, but some improvements are needed.

Only reachable by 1 bus route (N18) which although only 6 miinutes walk away stopped runniing by 23.50 and didn't stop at all the usual stops in the city centre. Interent connection weak but otherwise a decent hotel.

Bed is nice and comfortable. Not equiped, not even cattle. TV a bit outdated without streaming option. Light in the room isn’t on one switch and there are lamps only, so you have to turn on and off each one off them. Pool and jacuzzi are nice. Parking is paid extra.

Rooms are spacious but outdated, damaged furniture, many broken tiles in bathroom, location is ok, breakfast is top. Swimming pool has very cold water (while stated at booking it is a heated pool). Bar/restaurant ok. Overall the rooms are overprised. You should expect more for the price. Staff is nice. Cleaning could be better.

Quality Hotel Winn Göteborg Booked in the last minute so didn't had much hotels to choose from as other hotels was fully booked, and this hotel was "cheapest". Its a old but basic hotel outside the city center. +Breakfast. +Free Wi-Fi +Swimming pool (time must be booked). +Car parking (cost 100kr per night). +Hair dryer in the room. +Heater. -No iron but probably can get from reception. -No refrigerator in the room if I remember correct.

When we arrived early they let us have our room straight away which was lovely especially as it was 09.00. The rooms are big and airy but a little tired. It took us two days to work out how to use the shower. Breakfast was very good. The hotel advertises a bar meal menu and a restaurant menu but it was only a bar menu that was available and that was lacking in originality and taste. One meal had to be sent back as it was not hot. And the others we tried over the three days we were there left a lot to be desired. One of the reasons we chose this particular hotel was because it had a hot tub but on arrival it wasnt working and had clearly been out of commission for a long time. The other reason for choosing it advertised restaurant a la carte menu and this not that. If you are planning a one night stay this would be ok but any longer then i would not advise.

The property was an average one, which is fine, however there was no fridge, coffee maker or even a phone in the room. Since you could not call the front desk, you had to go down each time. In order to have a cup of coffee from the lobby area you either needed to pay (I've never been to a hotel anywhere in the world where coffee wasn't complimentary) or become part of their Peacock Club." or something like that. The staff were also extremely rude with the exception of the two people in the dining room and Peter at the front desk. Peter, in particular, was fantastic. He was very nice and really went above and beyond for the guests. He was actually listening for quite a while to a man tell him how horrible the rest of the staff had been to him and his family. Overall if you're looking for a cheap place to go then this is fine but if you want a nice place with great customer service then look elsewhere.

Vi fick checka in en timme tidigare, vilket va trevligt. Lite dåligt att badet inte ingår i priset för rummet, det borde stå tydligare vid bokning att det kostar extra. Vi fick även checka ut 2 timmar senare vilket är trevligt. Saknade köttbullar och vanlig prinskorv vid frukosten.

Supertrevlig personal och bra läge utanför centrum. Bra bussförbindelse om man gick 200 meter bort. Rummen var helt okej några spruckna kakelplattor och silverfiskar i badrummet men okej standard för priset. Poolen kostar extra vilket inte står så tydligt på hemsidan. Extra plus att barnen fick så mycket popcorn de ville under hela vistelsen och ett pysselpaket till hemfärden. Mycket uppskattat!
